Description
One of my all time favourite mushrooms to photograph are the Cyptotrama Asprata. From the spiky little juveniles to the fully grown 'lemon meringue' looking caps and gills. Usually found earlier in the autumn but have found them well into winter also. They do tend to prefer very rotten wood to grow on.
